What is your standard shipping lead time?

Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks via our white-glove delivery partners to ensure your items arrive safely.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout and include all necessary duties and taxes.

What is your return policy for furniture and decor?

We accept returns on most decor items within 30 days of delivery. However, please note that furniture, lighting, and custom-made pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement or claim.
